1. What we collect
BidMast collects account information, contractor profile data, your content such as past proposals and drafts, details you submit through forms, community posts, and technical basics needed to operate the Service. Visitor statistics use an anonymous per-browser identifier and page/referral information.
2. How we store it
Passwords are stored as secure scrypt hashes, not plain text. Sessions use secure httpOnly cookies. Account content is kept separately for each user. Visitor statistics are stored by BidMast and do not include raw IP addresses.
3. How we use it
Information is used to operate and improve the Service, match opportunities, assemble drafts you request, support your account, respond to messages, and keep the Service secure.
4. Sharing, we do not sell your data
BidMast does not sell or share your personal information for advertising. Stripe processes payments, and Resend may process requested email delivery. These providers only receive information needed for their role.
5. Your choices and rights
You can update your account information, stop receiving communications, and ask about deletion of your account data by emailing hanscalkins1234@gmail.com.
6. Data retention
BidMast retains information while it is needed to operate the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
7. Children
BidMast is an adult business service and is not intended for children under 13.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the Service evolves. The effective date will be updated when changes are posted.
