1. What the Service does
BidMast is a tool for small government contractors. It watches federal and state procurement portals for contract opportunities, including small-business set-asides, and matches them against your contractor profile. It can also draft proposal documents from your own material and opportunity details. Sources are labeled as live, demo, or directory. Always verify solicitation details on the originating portal before you bid.
2. Your content is yours
You own the profile data, past proposals, uploads, drafts, and other content you put into the Service. BidMast uses that content solely to operate the Service for you, such as assembling a draft or sending a proposal bundle you request.
3. You review every draft
Nothing is submitted to a government portal automatically. No proposal is sent anywhere without your review and approval. You remain responsible for what you submit.
4. No guarantee of award or completeness
BidMast cannot guarantee that every opportunity is listed, complete, or current, and does not guarantee an award. Government portals and solicitations change.
5. Plans and payment
The Service offers Free, Pro, and Plus plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and may be canceled according to the plan terms shown at checkout.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account secure, providing accurate profile information, reviewing every draft, and using the Service lawfully.
7. No warranty and limitation of liability
The Service is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, BidMast disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Termination and account rules
You may stop using the Service at any time. BidMast may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the Service, users, or legal obligations.
9. Changes to these terms
BidMast may update these terms as the Service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Georgia law. Disputes will be resolved in Georgia state or federal courts.
